01About these terms

These terms apply to the supply of goods by The Trustee for Renovation Trust (ABN 57 929 737 430), trading as King Protection, to you. By placing an order or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Where you are acquiring goods for business purposes, you confirm that you have authority to bind the business you represent.

02Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative only and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless it states otherwise.

Pricing may change where the cost of materials, freight or exchange rates changes materially before your order is confirmed. We will tell you before processing an order affected by a price change.

03Orders and acceptance

An order is not accepted until we confirm it in writing. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order — including where stock is unavailable or a product has been listed with an incorrect price or description.

04Payment

• Payment is due before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
• Trade credit accounts are subject to agreed terms and limits.
• GST is charged at the rate applying at the time of supply and shown separately on your tax invoice.

05Delivery, title and risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Goods are delivered to the address you provide, and someone must be available to receive them — protection products are bulky and cannot be left unattended unless agreed in advance.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.

06Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, weights and material properties. Images are for illustration only and colours may vary between batches.

Our products are supplied for temporary surface and floor protection during construction and renovation. They are not a structural or permanent building product. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your particular application.

07Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

08Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the supply of goods is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including delay, loss of profit or damage to property.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
